Ecommerce Fulfillment

Ecommerce fulfillment services for growing DTC brands, run from our own Los Angeles warehouses seven days a week. QX Logistix is an asset-based 3PL, so we pull your containers from the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach with our own trucks, receive your inventory, and pick, pack and ship every order from the same building.

Why DTC brands choose QX for ecommerce fulfillment

Orders out seven days a week

Our Vernon and Commerce warehouses run extended hours seven days a week, so weekend orders don’t wait until Monday. That rhythm keeps delivery promises intact through launches, promotions and peak season, and it’s what Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime demands.

Room to scale in LA

We run about 286,000 sq ft across three LA-area buildings, and we add space fast when clients need it. When we needed more room, we sourced, signed and started receiving freight in a new 50,000 sq ft building within two weeks.

Live inventory and orders

Our Extensiv WMS connects to Shopify, WooCommerce and Amazon, so orders drop in automatically and tracking flows back to your customers. You see stock levels, order status and receiving activity in real time, not in a weekly spreadsheet.

Accurate, scan-verified orders

Orders are picked and packed with barcode scanning in Extensiv, so the right size, color and quantity goes into every box. Fewer mis-picks means fewer returns, fewer support tickets and fewer one-star reviews.

How our ecommerce fulfillment works

Most brands that import product juggle three or four vendors before an order ever ships: a drayage carrier at the port, a transload warehouse, a fulfillment center and a parcel broker. Every handoff adds cost, days and another chance for inventory to go missing.

With QX, it’s one chain of custody. Our trucks pick up your containers at the Port of Los Angeles, the Port of Long Beach, the rail ramps or LAX. Our team unloads, counts and receives them into stock 18 to 22 miles away, and your orders start shipping from the same building. When Amazon or a retail account needs restocking, the inventory is already here.

Built around your tech stack

Fulfillment only works when the systems talk to each other. We run Extensiv, a warehouse management system built for 3PLs, which connects to Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon and other major sales channels. Orders flow in automatically, tracking flows back out, and inventory updates in real time.

Running on an ERP like SAP? We work with the Extensiv team to build EDI and API connections, so purchase orders, shipment confirmations and inventory feeds stay in sync without anyone re-keying data.

How we work

Our ecommerce fulfillment process

From the moment your freight lands in Los Angeles to the moment a customer opens the box, every step runs through our own people, trucks and buildings.

Ready to start?

01

Receive

Our drivers pull your containers from the port, rail ramp or airport. We unload, count and check every carton against your purchase order before it goes into stock.

02

Store

Inventory goes into secure, racked storage in one of our three LA-area buildings, organized by SKU, with lot and expiration tracking for products that need it.

03

Pick & pack

Orders sync from your store in real time. Our team picks with barcode scanning and packs to your spec: branded boxes, inserts, gift notes or kits.

04

Ship

We ship on our negotiated parcel rates or your own carrier accounts, with tracking pushed back to your store and your customer automatically.

05

Returns

Returns are received, inspected and restocked or set aside according to your rules, so sellable inventory gets back on the shelf quickly.

06

Report

Live inventory, order status and receiving data in Extensiv, plus a team that answers the phone when you need more than a dashboard.

What’s included

Our ecommerce fulfillment services cover the full order lifecycle, plus the warehousing, transportation and value-added work around it. One partner and one point of contact instead of a stack of vendors.

Everything handled under one roof

Because QX is asset-based, we control the parts of the supply chain that usually cause delays. We run our own drayage fleet out of the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, so your inventory doesn’t wait on a third-party trucker before it can be sold.

The same buildings that fulfill your DTC orders also handle B2B and retail replenishment, Amazon FBA prep and pallet storage, with dedicated programs for apparel and footwear, beauty and cosmetics, supplements and home goods. When your channel mix changes, your 3PL doesn’t have to.

Frequently asked questions

Ecommerce fulfillment services cover everything between an online order and the customer’s doorstep: receiving inventory, storing it, picking and packing each order, shipping it and handling returns. A 3PL like QX Logistix runs that operation for you from its own warehouses, connected to your store so orders flow in automatically.

Most 3PLs, including QX, price fulfillment by activity: receiving, storage per pallet or bin, pick and pack per order and item, packaging, and shipping. Your total depends on order volume, SKU count, product size and special handling. We quote every request, so send us your numbers and we’ll price your program.

Our Extensiv WMS integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce and Amazon, along with other major carts and marketplaces. For ERPs such as SAP, we work with Extensiv to set up EDI or API connections so orders, inventory and shipment data sync without manual entry.

Yes. We prep and ship inventory into Amazon fulfillment centers for FBA, fulfill merchant-fulfilled (FBM) orders from our warehouses, and support Seller Fulfilled Prime, which depends on fast, consistent shipping, including on weekends.

We operate three warehouses in Los Angeles County: two in Vernon and one in Commerce, about 18 to 22 miles from the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. Fulfilling from Southern California keeps imported inventory close to where it lands and puts West Coast customers within quick ground delivery.

Yes. Many of our clients sell direct to consumers, on Amazon and to retailers at the same time. We hold one pool of inventory and fulfill each channel to its own requirements, from single-unit parcel orders to retail-compliant case and pallet shipments.

It means we operate the assets our clients depend on instead of brokering the work out: our own warehouses and a fleet of 50+ trucks, including drayage tractors and 26-foot box trucks. That gives us direct control over capacity, timing and every handoff between the port, the warehouse and final delivery.
